BJbird 4-Way 12V Waterproof Motorcycle Fuse Block with Relay
A compact four-circuit fuse and relay box that provides a central, ignition-switched power source for motorcycle accessories. I'm fitting this to my V-Strom 650 so accessories such as USB power, navigation and future electrical additions can be wired cleanly through one fused distribution point.
As I add USB power, navigation and other electrical accessories to the V-Strom, I don't want the battery terminals gradually becoming covered in separate accessory leads and inline fuses. A central fuse block gives each accessory its own protected circuit while keeping the wiring organised, and ignition-switched power means I don't have to rely on remembering to turn individual accessories off when I park the bike. This gives me one central, fused power point for the electrical accessories on my V-Strom rather than running multiple independent wires back to the battery. The built-in relay uses an ignition-switched trigger wire, so connected accessories only receive power when the ignition is on. This should reduce the risk of accidentally flattening the battery and make the overall installation much cleaner and easier to troubleshoot.
