ULANZI R105 Super Clamp Camera Mount with Magic Arm
A compact heavy-duty clamp and adjustable magic arm that I use for mounting an action camera to my motorcycle. The ULANZI R105 can clamp directly onto suitable bars and tubing, making it easy to experiment with different camera positions without permanently modifying the bike.
One fixed camera angle gets boring very quickly in a motorcycle video. A removable clamp mount lets me move the action camera around the bike and capture different perspectives during a ride. It also means I don't need to permanently stick mounting bases all over the motorcycle just to experiment with new shots. I've used the ULANZI R105 as part of my motorcycle filming setup with my DJI action camera. The clamp makes it easy to experiment with different on-bike camera positions, while the adjustable arm gives me much more control over framing than a simple fixed mount. Getting good motorcycle footage isn't just about having a good action camera. Where and how the camera is mounted makes a huge difference. I use this clamp-style mount because I can attach my camera to different parts of the bike, adjust the angle with the articulated arm, and reposition it without having to permanently install another mounting point.
